We provide, manage, maintain and rationalize enterprise wide network document processing solutions in hundreds of healthcare and medical center locations coast-to-coast. 360DTii’s focus is primarily on healthcare. Our presence in this space is nationwide, currently covering 26 states. Our healthcare clients range in size from fleets starting as little as 250 total print devices to 8,000+ total print devices for a Health System spread across 5 states with 38 onsite 360DTii full time employees and 5 print shops fully managed and operated by 360DTii.

 

Our primary focus is on 5 key areas – Printer fleet management, CRD/Mailroom services, Scanning solutions, Software solutions, and Security solutions. As an independent systems integrator, we research, test and implement best-in-class solutions for the healthcare industry related to each of these areas. We work with multiple strategic partners to deploy hardware, software, and integration solutions that contribute to our print migration solutions which ensure maximum cost reductions for our clients. Our solutions are developed, implemented and supported by highly trained and experienced consultants, engineers and technicians. In addition, we have built a national network of experienced professionals, guaranteeing service coverage across the United States.

FAQ

Do I have to call the service line to place a call?

No. You can also place a service call on our website. Whichever is easiest for you. Please have your Equipment ID handy. You can find it on the 360DTI sticker on the front of your machine.

Are staples covered under a Service Agreement?

No. You can order staples from us anytime on our website or call us at 1.866.360.9697

After I place a service call, will someone call me with an estimated time of arrival?

Yes. A 360DTI Service Technician will call you within the hour of placing the service call and give you an ETA.

Can I rent copiers from you for a short term basis in addition to leasing options?

Yes. We have all high volume, low volume, Black/White and Color machines available for long term or short term. You can submit a request on our website or call 1.866.360.9697.

I am out of toner and do not have any. Can I buy it at Office Depot or Staples?

Most models you CAN NOT. If you are in a pinch, please call us at 1.866.360.9697, as we maintain large inventory of supplies and will be able to help you.
We also suggest that when you’re installing your last toner always order a New Toner by submitting a request on our website or calling us at 1.866.360.9697.
